This isn’t a new idea - we’ve been teaching people how to write and publish real books for over 25 years. What is new is the refinement.
Over the last two years alone, we’ve run this process eight separate times with hundreds of participants. Every run exposed friction points, bottlenecks, and quality gaps - and we fixed them. That’s why this isn’t just “more tools.” It’s better tools combined with a proven, field-tested process.
The result is a workflow that feels like cheating - but isn’t. You’re still doing the thinking, the judgment, and the storytelling.
